Let me bring your ideas to life in glass! Before submitting for a commission request please note the following:

  • Prices are calculated based on size and complexity of the subject at hand. The more complicated the subject, the more pieces and the more work. Some subjects will have to be a minimum size in order to capture detail.

  • I have the right to refuse a commission if I feel I am unable to translate it into glass effectively. Some subjects are just not feasible to translate to glass. However I will try and work with you to figure out alternatives (using vinyl or paint details) to make your idea work in glass.

  • Turn around times can vary from a few weeks to a few months. I cannot make any completion date guarantees as it adds stress onto me! I charge an additional $50 for rush orders, which will put you on the top of my commission list.

  • Once commission is agreed upon by both parties, I require a non-refundable 25% down-payment of the final quote UNLESS it is a pet-portrait or otherwise piece customized to the individual- payment is due in full for pieces of this nature. You will receive a pattern to approve before I start working on the piece.

  • I want my art to be accessible to everyone, so I do allow payment plans after the 25% deposit is paid. You can pay how you please as long as you discuss how you'd like your plan with me- I am flexible as long as it is paid off within six months of completion. Your piece will not ship until it is paid for in full. If payment is not paid in full in the six month time frame or you ghost me, you will forfeit your piece and any payments made and it will be sold to another buyer. Don't let this happen, just be communicative with me, I get that life happens! 

  • Final quote DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING COSTS. Shipping costs is to be covered by the buyer and will be calculate upon piece completion. I require all buyers to get insurance for full value of the commission piece because while I pack my pieces nicely, I don't trust mail carriers. I ship worldwide from Virginia. Anticipate at least another $30-$60 in shipping costs for US and $100+ for international.
